CONGRATS!!! That really is a big deal. I'm in the medical field too (but not med school) and I know how happy I was when I was accepted into my program. Calls for lots of celebration! I'm sure you'll be a great doctor.

You should combine these two into a much needed specialty. Imagine if a girl gets a zit right before her prom. Who could you see? Dr. XOMichelle!

Or she could develop drive-through plastic surgery/botox/acid peals.

Congratualations!!! Work hard, study hard and keep us in touch when you can...

Oh and practice signing your "doctors signature" daily under 1 second... Because from what I hear, when you start doing "rounds", you will be writing VERY FAST--or typing... And get a PDA and an iPOD... All med schools like that kinna stuff...

Congratulations; that's a termendous accomplishment! Drexel Medical School is my baby sister's alma mater and she really loved it there. PM me when you're looking for a place to live and I'll get the scoop from her about where to go and where to avoid.

ETA: The residency matching system (where you choose your specialty and where you'll do your training after med school) works very much like NPC bid matching!
