To me, the phrase "I condemn this act" is getting to be a cliché. It means nothing. If Arabs are serious about this stuff, they'll turn in anyone that speaks in favor of terrorism. That is the only way this crap will be stopped. The FBI and CIA can only be so successful. What we need are the Arab communities in the US and Middle East to stop "condemning" these acts and start turning people into the authorities.

It's not even I condemn it. It's "I don't support the violence but I understand where it's coming from". It's not condemning it and it sure as hell is finding an excuse for it.
