I honestly don't know how much I weigh. I've never owned a scale, so the only time I get weighed is when a doctor does it. I have an idea of the general range but really couldn't guess.
Honestly the whole focus on "how many pounds" is completely the wrong way to think. All I know is I'm 5'8" and wear a size 6, but usually buy a 4 in jeans. Just enough curves, IMO. I get a lot of compliments, and I think a lot of it is because I don't look like a stick.
I try to eat relatively healthy food, but I don't starve myself. I drink a lot of water. If I'm hungry, I eat. When I'm not hungry, I stop eating, even if there's food still on the plate. If I want chocolate, I let myself have some. I try to not be a couch potato, but I don't run marathons. So far this seems to work. As long as I feel good and feel like I look good, I really could care less what the scale says.
