Having a couple friends who are plastic surgeons, I guarantee you that, after a certain age, ALL breasts sag - unless they've been surgically altered. Of course, as has been said, certain factors will cause them to sag faster, and a good bra & exercise will slow the sagging.
But in the end, they all head south...

Breasts do tend to sag....earlier for some than others. My mom, for example, developed so fast that she's actually "sagged" since she was about 9 years old
I think it does depend on the size, genetics, everything already mentioned....yippee (aren't you guys jealous? )

Any kind of exercise for the pectoral muscles will help, but it can't do everything.
It's just a natural part of aging. Wearing a bra will not help.

Some girl told me once that if you "stand on your head" like upside down for a period of time every day it will help correct the problem . . . Reverse gravity . . .
Possible ya think?

 NO.
It's just natural. I don't think it's gross, anyway. Just part of being a woman.

It has a lot to do with aging, but it also has a lot to do with the size of the breasts. I mean, I'm 20 years old, but I've noticed that my rather large breasts are not quite as "perky" as they were a few years ago. (But I don't look like Grandma, I swear! :P) I think it's kind of the way that the Universe pays men (and women) back for preferring big breasts!

Actually, I've heard that smacking guys upside the head for a period of time every day helps.

Yes, unfortunately genetics plays the biggest role here. But as a general rule, the bigger they are, the worse they are going to sag when you get older, and here's why.....boobs are made of fat. All women, regardless of the size of their boobs, have about the same amount of glandular tissue in there. The size of your breasts is determined by how much fat is deposited in there (which again is largely determined by genetics.) However, when you get pregnant, your breasts swell considerably, which is great at the time but after you have the baby and you begin making milk, all hell breaks loose. Once your baby is done leasing them and you stop producing milk, and you go back to your normal weight, you will find that the swelling goes down but the extra skin is still there.....plus breastfeeding results in a loss of fat from in there, which also leaves them a bit deflated. A lot of guys have a problem assimilating the boob/fat connection thanks to gals like our friend Pam Anderson, who is about 94 pounds soaking wet but has those gigantic inflated things on her chest. I am on the slightly more endowed end of the spectrum, but I have had two children and breastfed one for 7 months, so I am definitely looking for a good plastic surgeon.

Exercise will help...but it won't solve the problem by any means. My former roommate has perky breasts...AND YOU SHOULD SEE HER MOM! thought her mom had fake ones or something...they look great...they look better than most of the people our age with real ones. Genetics I guess.
