When I'm stressed I get a massage, I try to go once a week. I have a friend who does me for 20$ an hour, she just finished going to massage school. Either I go to her place or she comes to mine, we actually live right by each other. When she's doing it we have some sort of mood music playing and incense burning. It helps out a lot, it almost makes me feel like I'm rolling sometimes because it feels so good. When I'm stressing I get knots in my shoulders and in my back and have to have the deep tissue therapy to get the knots out...sometimes it hurts while she's doing it but when she's done I feel so good I can't even move. It feels so good that sometimes I pass out, she gets a kick out of that. I think she prides herself in knocking people out by massaging them.
Other things I do for stress, I like to drive. Driving on the interstate playing loud music with my windows down helps me clear my mind. Going to the gym helps out a lot, too. Going to the tanning bed also helps me out. I feel just as good leaving the tanning salon as I do when I leave the gym. If you're really stressing u should try going to the gym and then tanning right afterwards...or getting a massage from a massage thrapist at the gym. You'll be stress free for at least a couple of days. Another thing I like to do when I'm stressed is cooking. For some reason cooking a big meal for my GF or grilling stuff with friends relaxes me. Also, getting a pedicure will help out a lot as well. I know it sounds gay to have someone do your feet...but it makes you feel really good and relieves stress. My GF and I get them once a month.
Hope that gave you some ideas, they're coming from someone who lives a stressfull life.

Oh my... I could have written this entire thing. I try to get weekly massages--I got tired of the lady I use to go to, so now I go to a friend that is finishing massage school. Cheap massage and she is very good.
I 100% agree with the tanning bed to relax. No matter how many time people tell me it is unhealthy I still go, it is too relaxing not to. The warmth and the hum of the bed completely relaxes me.
Driving is my biggest stress reliever--- same thing as you cash-- music up loud, windows down, sunroof open--- clears my head quicker than anything.
And regular manicures and pedicures are the best. I regularly go with a friend, we sit back relax and chat away. We always book the same girl back to back-- that way we are there twice as long since it is so relaxing.

A nice, hot bubble bath...no lights on, only candles. And, a glass of red wine.

I clean. I can work out all of my angry or nervous energy, and I am rewarded with a nice clean house for my troubles

I clean too! And I like a bubble bath but I need to have a really good book and some good music. But seriously, cleaning and laundry make me feel so much better!

YOGA.
The theory is that over time you not only feel relaxed after class but learn to manage stress better in your everyday life. I swear it works.
I also love a good massage. I'm going to get one on Sunday.... can't wait.

OMG - me too! When I was younger and lived at home, if my dad and I were arguing and he punished me by sending me to my room - I'd clean. I swear sometimes they pissed me off on purpose; just to get me to clean. It was so funny though cuz my dad would be lecturing me and I'd be dusting my desk or dresser. He'd try to get me to listen, but I'd just keep on cleaning.

PS2, TV or a book. One of the three usually does it.

Depends on what type of stress, but I generally do one (or several) of the following: gym, tanning, nap, long hot bath, clean, or shopping trip. Sometimes I find talking to someone about why I am stressed helps out also.
