Especially since 90% of the time the people who tell you to smile are trying to mack.

Wow, if I felt like smiling at THEM especially they wouldn't need to ask me to. The fact that I am NOT smiling is a big fat hint!

What I really dislike about this "list" (although there are many things) is just the way it seems trying to get women to deny having less pleasant and messy emotions. Don't frown? Don't cry? Don't be hurt? Because someone else won't like it? Bite me!

All of that is a part of life! If you don't experience it you'll be an emotional child forever, and if you take the advice to supress those things you'll be an exceptionally pleasant emotional cripple.

You can't always just avoid the bad things and feelings, nor should you.

I think it's a sweet list, but like many things, should be taken with a grain of salt.
I mean you don't have to live your life 100% according to the list, and I don't think anyone expects you too.

To me it's kind of like, a don't sweat the small stuff list.
