Epsilon Lambda, University of South Florida, Tampa. We have a brand new Greek park built by our school <----BUT, it is also owned by the school so they can easily kick organizations off. Anyhoo, 6 out of 8 sororities have houses and 8 out 14 frats. They are back to back houses to save cost. They join at the emergency fire escape where the alram will sound if anyone tries to cross over to others part of the house. They are really beautiful, house 28 girls. Oh yeah, our house is backed to SAE, which is a greathing. We consider them our brother frat anyways and they are really cool guys. All the other sororities got stuck backed to another sorority! Here is a link to see the new Greek Park. I would have loved to live there, too bad I went Alum in May!!!
When you look at the link you will be able to see the outside of our house by the letters, and the picture of the inside of the house is the last one on the page. It's real traditional with the Blue and Cream decor. USF Greek Housing

Zeta Upsilon, Oakland University, Michigan:
There is no Greek Housing on our campus...
Theta Chi Fraternity has a house off campus, in a neighboring city; it's a beautiful mansion in an historical district... Unfortunately, it's in a bad area, as a couple of people have been murdered on their street. (Scary, huh... but I swear, our school is in a VERY good area!)
Phi Sigma Sigma Sorority has a cottage off campus, but there are only 2 bedrooms.
OU Greeks have been trying to solve this delima for quite some time. We have considered buying a dorm, and each Greek organization would have their own floor. This has not happened.
So until then, we meet in a large meeting room of the basement in the main building on our campus.
We continue to work to get a house though. However, when I was an Alpha, the seniors told me, "Oh, you'll deffinately see a house in your time." This has not been the case, as I am now a senior.

The University graciously allows all of the sororities to use a meeting room in the Student Center for an hour or two each week for the meetings. But they are not "our" rooms to use, so we can't hang anything, leave anything, decorate, etc. The hour before our meeting each Sunday evening, our room is used by AOII and then Tridelta comes in after us :-D Alpha Phi and Chi-O use the room next door and on Tuesdays, PiPhi, KKG, KAT, and DG have their meetings in these 2 rooms too. Other days of the week they're used for everything from alumni meetings to classes to blood drives to ....
In short, we have nothing. Our chapter's "memorabilia" is sitting in a storage locker the school provides each sorority in a building on the other side of campus.
I WISH we had SOMETHING. Not having a stable place/area/room has meant that we have to 'fight' for space to hold special events, such as initiation. My pledge class & I were initiated in a meeting room in the Jewish Student Center. My big sis's pledge class was initiated in a commons room in one of the dorms. It's kind of sad I think... We don't have any composites up, for example, because we have no place to put them. Our chapter's history is so rich--founded in 1911--that I wish we had some place to put SOMETHING.

Well, at least the school provides your storage. We pay for our own (unbareably hot during the summer) Public Storage unit. My initiation was in our Interfaith Center, this semester's was in a sister's house.

Zeta Sigma does have a wonderful house. Some of us from Beta Beta go to Charleston every spring break and we always drive by the house. We are going to try and stop by to say hi to ya'll this next trip!

Chapter Arrangements
The Upsilon chapter has a house on Greek Row and holds about 20-30 girls. We have about 10-15 (or so) live outs (I being one of them).
