She should be shot.

Keeks, the hanbok is the traditional costume of Korea and is usually that huge. The one Britney's wearing is actually quite beautiful (comparing it to some of the really loud ones I've seen!). Too bad I can't say the same for her.

What's next? A Japanese kimono? UGH!

This outfit was given to her by a designer in Korea for a dinner she had with some sort of educational something. The name was foreign and I can't read it.

So, may I repeat......the outfit was given to her to wear! I think she said in one of the press conferences she had a choice of three. And she still looks better than half of us who gripe about her would in it.

This isn't directed at anyone person. I've just noticed a pattern that everytime Britney is negatively talked about that someone has to come in and tell us we're jealous or that she looks better than us. We're not fans and we will never be fans. Let's just leave it at that we'll agree to disagree.
Hardly anyone jumps into your I love Britney threads to make personal insults towards you. We leave our insults directed towards Britney. We let you guys have your thread. Let us have our's. Thanks.

I really don't care if the dress was given to her, thrown at her, whatever. It doesn't make a difference. She still looks horrible.

Finally, ditto what ZTAngel said.

I'm worried that she'd be given a cheongsam (also known as a qipao or a Chinese dress) and she'd "slutify" (am I allowed to use this?) it. It can be really glamourous if worn right (e.g.like when Nicole Kidman wore it) but with Britney, I don't know

I never said people were jealous, especially any of you. I think I said once that my friend who constantly hags on me for liking Brit, that she was secretly jealous. But I never meant to imply that YOU were jealous. Very sorry to offend. But if we, or I, can't defend or at least set records straight - then really don't jump in pro-Brit threads and smart off. Not saying you have done that, but others. If you have a problem with me, you can always pm me. When I see things are not told correctly, I jump in and say something. I would do this on the political topics, but I am way to passionate about that, so I know I would cause drama. Sorry if its offended you in any way. Once again, I do not believe you or any one else on this board is jealous of Britney. Perfectly honest, why would you be? And once again, if you have a problem with me, please pm me.

Seeing her in a Korean hanbok makes me want to puke. I know for a fact she got a lot of isht for wearing it here from the Korean people. But you gotta give her some credit for trying...

The only reason her wearing that particular hanbok make me want to puke is that my hanbok looks pretty similar to hers...sigh

PS... Let's all cut back on making fun of the hanbok, k?

I think Britney looks cute!!!! Yea, its a little big but still kinda cute!! Why does everyone constantly have to rag on her? You may not like her, but some of us really do!!

I'll always <3 Brit!!!!

Notice that I didn't quote your post in my original statement because I wasn't specifically referring to you. Just keep that in mind.

Why are some Koreans giving Brit "a lot of sh!t" (as you put it) for wearing a hanbok? I don't remember anyone from the Chinese community giving Nicole Kidman the same treatment for wearing a cheongsam.
