Youth doesn't necessarily win games...veteran leadership and defense does. We have that in abundance!

aebischer looked good the other night. Should be a war in the playoffs between the wings and avs. The wings have defensive depth like no other team I've ever seen

Kudos to Jarome Iginla becoming the first black player to ever don the C. This year i think we'll see the rejuvenation of two former MVP's in him and Theodore.

All you lucky people who can get their hands on tickets, I'm so jealous. All Canucks season and ice packs are gone and if I call this very second to buy tickets I won't actually be going to game until january, possibly february.

But they are off to a great start - except Naslund hasn't gotten me any point for my pool yet .

HAHAHA
Thanks for the laugh. Even the most optimistic fans would only go as far as getting into the playoff.

Question?

I want to see a Hockey game this season. Probably the Rangers bc the garden is easy for me to get to. Who should I see them play?

ZTA, are you more concerned with seeing an interesting game or with seeing them win?

Really sucky Red Wings game last night. I know you can't win them all, but there were too many penalties!
Majorly sucks to lose Hatcher for 4-6 months.

Islander/Ranger game are always fun to watch. They hate each other. But I'm pretty sure all the games are sold out. Ebay would be the best way to get tickets for one of those games. If you can't get Isles/Rangers tickets, go with the Devils. Another cross-town rival.

Doesn't really matter. I didn't get to a baseball game this summer so I thought hockey would be the next good bet for a sports game to see.

Thanks for the tip. Why did I not think of the Devils or Islanders right away?!

The only hockey I've ever seen is Cornell play Colgate. Always wanted to see another game since then.
