Eclipse, you hit a soft spot when you started talking about Glady's and Ron's Chicken & Waffles!!!!! Oh my goodness, when I was there for the National Convention last year, I ate there at least, four times! And I was only there for the WEEKEND!!! Their food is excellent, TruePursuit, so you definitely have to trie it. Their chicken and waffles is the BOMB! I would love to have some of that right about now!

I think that at birth I was separated from my real family cuz I LOVE me some cajun food!!!!! Its in my blood. I spend alot of time at Keesler, AFB in Biloxi MS because I'm in the National Guard and I go into food withdrawal when I come back home!!!! Soror do you cook cajun? If so I'll have to plan a trip with Soror CT4 and head to Hotlanta!!!!!

the babyperson gets car sick so she can't go past the state line with mommie..(just kidding) but that will definitely have to be an adult only trip.....I need a break after that exam today!!!!

Giiiiiiiiiirl I can't cook to save my life

, BUT luckily my mother just moved up here too, and she is a pro! The only thing that is holding her back though is the lack of good seafood up here to work with. She tried some shrimp creole one day and by the time she got finished, the shrimp were so little you couldn't find them in the sauce. I guess they were just puffed up with a LOT of water to make them seem bigger. I am already contemplating a quick trip home to get some fresh Tony's Seafood(the best bayou seafood in the WORLD).

I don't cook seafood (beyond fish from time to time), but try the DeKalb Farmer's Market on Ponce. They have a lot of fresh seafood. One of my neighbors is from Baltimore and he gets crab from there all of the time! YUM!!

I was born in Atlanta and me and my family visit almost everyyear. I love it down there. When I graduate from college, I hope to move down there. I have a lot of family in Tifton, GA as well.

Am I the only one who is loving the heck out of W K Wings over on Riverdale Road? The Lemon Pepper and BBQ Teriaki are my favorite and it's a cool place if you want some wings on the go.

Nope! I live down that way!! Right off of Hwy 85...

And my sister used to work there!
