4 eggs
250 ml heavy cream
Quiche filling of your choice
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350
Place pie crust in pie plate and poke holes on bottom (so crust won't bubble)

Pour egg/cream mixture over filling
Bake for 30-35 min or until crust and quiche are light golden brown

Ideas for filling:

2 Really easy recipes that taste great together:

Italian Grilled Chicken

Take some chicken breasts and put them in a big ziploc bag. Add some mayo and some Italian dressing (1/2 cup each). You can do this in the morning, and then let them marinate til dinner. Put those babies on the grill til done....it's the best grilled chicken ever.

Zucchini Sautee

Slice up 2 (or 3, or 4, however many you want) zucchinis into thin pieces. Put a little olive oil and garlic in the pan, get that warmed up. Then put the zucchini in and saute them with a can of diced tomatoes. Add a little salt and pepper...keep sauteeing until the zucchinis are cooked through. You can also put the ingredients in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for about 3-5 minutes, but it tastes better if you sautee them.
