Beautiful!!

I frequently pray for "my GC family"; I'm sure God gets a chuckle out of that one!

Unhappy

Guys, I wanted to ask you all to pray for the family of a patient we lost tonight. The young man was 18 years old and he went into cardiac arrest at practice tonight. We literally had over a hundred people in the lobby...students, parents, teachers, coach, family. It was really a sad ordeal. I am so somber thinking about it. The whole staff was almost in tears he was so young and seemingly healthy. When they finally called it, (after like 2 hours or working it) utter chaos erupted, there were people lying on the floor inside and outside and it was just very, very sad. I am praying for the family, hopefully you guys can do the same...I cannot say his name, but I am sure that it's going to be in our news. Thanks GC Fam!

1savvydiva, his friends and family are surely in my prayers tonight. It's never easy dealing with the loss of life and especially young lives. But God always has a plan and the young man may have already fulfilled his purpose or maybe his death is to bring someone else to God. We never know.
I know this must have been a stressful and sad experience for you too. Please PM me if you need to talk about it.

I just wanted to thank everybody who prayed for my family. It's very hard for me to accept that my brother-in law's work on earth was done, but I know that God don't make no mistakes.

I will pray for all of my GC family about their recent losses.

Hello GC Family,

I would just like to thank everybody who sent prayers for my friend's family and friends. Her funeral was on saturday & I couldn't go because I'm in school here in the States and the funeral was back home :-( . But I still felt as if I was able to say good-bye. I'm still in shock & somewhat denial, but everyday God is helping me through.

God truly bless you all!

My ls recently had a baby after trying for quite a while. Following some complications, the baby was born premature. The baby has been having problems with her lungs and heart. Please pray that everything will be fine for this family.

Prayer Request for Ideal08

Sisterfriends:

Let's send up a prayer for Ideal08 as she makes her journey to the motherland. Ideal, I pray that you have a safe journey to and from Ethiopia, and may you also be blessed during your stay.

Good Luck and God Bless!

Smile *sigh* I love you guys

Thank you all! I will definitely need the prayers. While I am excited as all get out, I'm still a little uneasy about what I'll see while I'm there. I need you all to pray for my strength. I am a very emotional person, and I don't want to be over there crying and carrying on. I don't want them to think that I pity them, only that I am there to help.

Gina, thanks for thinking of me to post a prayer request for me. You have no idea how that touched me!

Miss Mocha and Paradise and everyone else, I will continue to pray for you!

I ask that you all pray for me as I pursue my degree in Scientific & Technical Communications w/an emphasis in Information Technology. I'm 23 and ready to get out of school and it seems that there are so many obstacles that prohibit me from completing my degree. The light is beginning to form at the end of the tunnel now and I just need to strength to complete this degree. Additionally, I just interviewed for a position at Medtronic in the Technical Communications department. So I pray that I get that job and would appreciate your prayers as well!

Please anyone who knows the word of prayer, please say a prayer for my Mother.

She is in the hospital and although not yet confirmed she may have suffered a mild stroke. We really won't know anything until the neurologist(sp) comes to see her.

I am strong for the most part, but just to think about something like this is really starting to take a toll on me. Please Pray for my mother and the rest of my family. Many thanks!!!

Smile To all those requesting prayer...

Dear Lord,

We lift our hands and just praise you Lord for your supernatural power. We know there’s NOTHING too hard for You or that You wouldn’t do for us, Father. We praise You and we thank You for the promises in your word, for your word says “ask and we shall receive”. And even though things may seem chaotic right now in the natural, Father, help us to remember that “Your ways are not our ways and Your thoughts are not our thoughts” and that you are ALWAYS, ALWAYS in control of every situation. Right now, I pray that You will meet every spoken and unspoken prayer request presented before you. Our eyes are upon You, Father.

In Jesus name.....
