Alpha Phi Omega is governed by the Actives.

The Actives have not passed legislation about drinking while wearing letters or other activities related to morality (for lack of a better term).

Any Brother can submit legislation to the National Convention ond lobby for its passage.

If anyone would like to make APO a dry fraternity, or introduce any other sort of resolution in Denver in 2004, I highly suggest that you start lobbying now. Making APO into a dry fraternity will require universal acceptance, and I bet it would take the entire two years to even reach all of our chapters, much less convince them to agree.

Wow. So the National Fraternity doesn't have any problems with brothers wearing their letters while drinking and getting arrested and acting out in public (due to alcohol consumption)...good to know...

what's nicey nice about that? I thought it was on the snarky side myself (snarky is a compliment).

If you want to call someone names, go ahead, but I don't why when the point can be gotten across in an adult fashion. We are not nationally dry, it's been verified, so what more do you want people to say?
