Alpha Iota has 11 new Alphas!! Woo Hoo!!

The best part of this is, only 3 or 4 of the active sisters have ever been through formal rush - the rest are through COB! So, even though quota is 17, they are now into their strong suit - COB!!

Also, the women who accepted bids are really awesome, and are already feeling very true azure blue & white!

I feel a chorus of "Boom Boom!" starting...!!

Eleven new Alphas is so wonderful! Congratulations to all our Alpha Iota sisters on their hard work this rush. EXTREMELY impressive because only a handful had experienced formal rush "from the other side!" They're clearly a hard-working, motivated chapter. Violets to them!
And of course a warm welcome goes to all eleven of our new members!

i am sooooooo happy for alpha iota and SO PROUD!!! congratulations!!!

i and some of the other HB sisters have met wonderful sisters from AI and can say that all the sisters of HB say congrats on a job well done!!! (we feel ya on the whole cob thang) how far from chapter total are ya?

Pitt's chapter total is 60. I've heard that the chapter came back with either 30 or 33, and now they're up to 16 Alphas, which puts them at either 46 or 49.

What's so incredible is that this chapter has almost quadrupled in size in ONE YEAR!! They are so awesome at COB, and when I was an active, we were downright terrible at it! I couldn't be prouder of them if they were my own daughters!

i just have to say, although i obviously don't go to pitt, i just always like hearing about their chapter, especially the really good stuff like cob and recruitment since i'm from the burbs around pittsburgh and pitt's always been so close to home... our chapter cob's alot too, plus a couple girls i went to high school with went adpi at pitt!

how cool is that? AND they've always rocked at districts - they've been such sweethearts! with both of our new alphas this semester- HB and AI are the same size!!!

sweetie adpi - are you from the North or South Hills of Pittsburgh? My ADPi roomie was VERY involved in the colonization of HB (Kris O'Shea), and needless to say, I made a few parties myself!!

Have y'all had formal rush yet, or are y'all already knee-deep in COB? Either way, the very best of luck!!
