Okay, here's what's going on, the mother have changed her story. MAybe she was scared because everywhere the girl went the guy was with her. Maybe he was trying to make sure she kept to the story. I mean I don't know what's going on, but the detectives came all the way out from Joliet on yesterday to get my brother and everyone's statement. But the man was charged with murder and he's facing a natural life sentence. Her mother is a drug addict who has been in jail and she is making sure that her daughter stays out of jail. Thank you CJUS for the link. It burns me up that he had the nerve to ask the judge for a $500 bail! I'm glad that the judge gave him $1 million dollars! Please keep us updated and as always, you are in my prayers.

How dare that grown man beat a defenseless child to death? The judge should have set no bond IMHO. I think the mother and the boyfriend both did this mess. They both need to rot in prison. I am just too heated by this whole situation. CJUS, my heart goes out to you and your family. I will definitely be praying for all of you in this time of turmoil.

This story has brought me to tears...I mean I literally had to go and give my 8 month old daughter a hug because, man...how can someone do that to a baby?? I couldn't IMAGINE what I would do if someone hurt my child.
