Greetings Sorors,

As of Saturday morning, March 30th, they became our sorors- better known as:

#4 Cardiac Arrest

Let's give these news sorors a big oooo-oooop.

After dealing with me this semester, they deserve it. )

Red face Another Neo!!!

Greetings Sorors: I have been a silent observer for over a year now.. I promised that I would not post until I crossed. I see my linesister Korkscru beat me to the punch by informing you that on Saturday the 30th, we became members of THE greatest sorority(for us anyway!!) Words cannot express my sentiments, I get misty eyed, just thinking about the process and my linesisters...

I've been wanting to do this for sooooo long

Welcome to the most wonderful Sisterhood to you and all of our 2002 Neos. Although it has only been three years since I crossed into Deltaland, I can hardly remember life without her. Always be loving to your Sorors, live a life that exemplifies Deltas virtues, cherrish all of your days in this Sisiterhood and always strive and attain for Delta.

OOOOO-OOOOOP and welcome to the fam!

Greetings Sorors,
Congratulations to all the Neos. Now, the hard work really begins.
Crimson Tide 4 suggested that I sign in on this page so here goes. I was born on May 26, 1983 at 10:PM. #3, Legend. Our line was Quintessence. I pledge Epsilon Tau, New York City wide. Like Wonder Woman, I was 35 at the time, going to school and raising two sons.

Elephant Hugz @ Soror Indigo1913! It's so good to see another Soror with similar 'stats'! Your crossing date (5/26) is the same as my daughter's birthday and we have the same number!!!

Well Soror Indigo1913, that's something that WE have in common. It was a tiring process for me because I too am a married mother of 2 children (ages 8 and 2). It was hard on my family and I kinda felt guilty for spending so much time away from them. BUT... it HAD to be done in order for me to FINALLY achieve the long-awaited goal of becoming a member of our wonderful Sisterhood.

At an event on Saturday, my line sisters and I overheard a lady say that she could not understand why women in their thirties, forties, and over would want to NOW join a sorority. Of course, I was kind of "uneased" by her question because I am 32 (and I was born into Delta on March 30, 2002). But after thinking about my REASONS for wanting to become a Delta, all of my "uneasiness" was gone. And I could truly understand the meaning of the saying "MANY ARE CALLED, BUT FEW ARE CHOSEN". It is DEFINITELY an honor and a priviledge to be a member of the BEST sorority in the world.

Evidently, that woman has never wanted something badly enough. I feel sorry for her, because she doesn't appear to have a dream. There are over 200.000 of us who had a dream of joining this great sisterhood. I had only one regret, while I was on line my mother passed away and she never got to see me wearing my pin.
