HC the Slim Fast plan is SUCH A BAD IDEA

HC it doesn't work because the minute you go off the plan and eat normally you will gain all the weight back and more

HC it's also impossible to maintain and starts a vicious guilt-cycle, where when you DO eat because your bdy won't let you starve yourself (and it won't!) you feel even worse than when you started!

HC the only way to lose weight and keep it off is to modify your diet (to a form that is healthy and MANAGABLE) and to start an exercise program that INCLUDES lifting weights (building muscle is the only way that you will ever really change your body)

HC Slim Fast with Soy Protein is actually not bad to me as a nutritional supplement

HC you should still be trying out a good multi-vitamin though, if you are on any diet plan.

HC PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE DIET PILLS, YOU MIGHT THINK IT WORKS TODAY AND IS NOT HARMFUL, BUT LOOK WHAT HAPPENED WITH PHEN-FEN. PEOPLE HAVE DIED FROM THAT DRUG. THERE IS NO MIRACLE PILL THAT WILL MAKE YOU LOOK LIKE JENNIFER LOPEZ.

HC ANY SISTERFRIENDS THAT WANT TO TALK ABOUT THIS SHOULD HIT ME UP. I am not certified and don't and won't claim to be, but I would love to just try and help you out by pointing you in the direction of a realistic plan. I also won't EVER try to persuade you to buy anything.
