WOW! Everyone procrastinates just like me. Unfortunately, when I did, I never received the A's that you have.

4 twenty page papers, APA style.
The last 3 were due one paper every other week. That's the great-psychology-weed-out-class.

In a weekend I began researching and wrote 4 essays that ended up being about 4-5 pgs. each then turned them in that Monday. I didnt even sit in front of my computer all day long, i went out and did things I normally do on weekends while managing to get my work done. I just got my grade back today and I made an 88.....TWO points from an A

But hey, i should be grateful considering it wasnt my best work and i should have researched more and taken my time in writing the essays!

I would say i wont ever do it again, but i know i would if i had to.

I did a 25 page geology paper in one day. And I ate an entire bag of Hershey Kisses while I typed...I think I needed the endorphine release! I actually got an A on that paper.

I usually work on my papers way ahead of time. But, this semester, my poor roommate had a huge paper due. About 20 pages on the marketing, management, and financial aspects of Sprint. She spent weeks working on it. She was up the whole night before finishing the reference page. She saved everything to the hard drive but not to a disk (big no-no). I came home around 10am which was about three hours before the paper was due. She had gotten no sleep the night before. She asked me to look over the paper for any spelling or grammatical errors because she was too tired. There was a huge lightening storm outside. All the sudden, a bolt must have hit our building. All the power went out. My roomie looked at the computer and I think she almost fainted. The computer had shut off. I told her not to worry since she had saved everything to the hard drive. My boyfriend spent an hour trying to get her computer to turn back on when he had to tell her the dreadful news...her motherboard and hard drive were gone. I think she was too tired to freak out. She just sat down in the corner and cried for 30 minutes straight. She withdrew from the course the next day (the paper was a HUGE portion of her class grade).

I had a political science class "Post-Industrial Societies" - focused on the Western World - democratic, economically developed countries. Everything except the Soviet Union and third world, except where they were affected by the other countries.

Did include post-communist bloc countries. Like Poland.

Man, do I ever hate Poland.

Nothing against the people, I'm sure they're nice, but oh I'm still bitter about that paper.

Final was 20-25 page paper on a country.

Three part answer:
1. The social/political/religious/economic/etc. history. i.e. founding, history of their political parties, social developments, wars, etc.

2. Their current social/political/etc. status. i.e. current structure of government and political parties, modern economy, etc.

3. How we would "fix" that country's problems. This was a BITCH. Hello, we are just little undergrads and we're supposed to FIX a FREAKIN' country???

I was assigned Poland. I wanted to die - our Prof spoke 6 languages, including Polish, and was currently working on some serious research about that country. She had been there the previous summer.

I managed to get it done though. Didn't sleep but 3 hours for 3 days straight. God bless No-Doz. Pulled an A in the class (had done well on the midterm).

35 pages for my Comparative Black Literature class in Grad School.

Did I mention that I did most of the research two days before?

The grade: A+ and a suggestion to submit it for publication.
