I don't get the Tebow trade at all. The Jets just signed an extension and got 2 QB back up and said that they're behind Sanchez all the way. Then, a few week later they traded for Tebow. What the hell?
I just msg my brother and mocked him about the Tebow trade. He was not happy about it at all.

Although Hamilton is my favorite driver in F1, I would like to see Vettel win a third title this year, because it will be three consecutive titles, and the only drivers in F1 history to ever have done that were Schumacher and Fangio.

I would almost want to say that it makes Sanchez trade bait but somehow it doesn't feel right. Either way Tebow won't be starting soon.
However I get the feeling that the Broncos put almost all their eggs in one basket by trading Tebow for Manning.
if Manning goes down then who is left?

I like Tim Tebow, and I loved the fact that despite his "technical difficulties" he often helped my Broncos win through sheer desire and hard work BUT that's only going to get you so far in the NFL if you don't have certain skills, and I understand Elway's desire to get someone in who can pass a ball and get them to a championship which I think is out of Tebow's current range.
I was hoping they'd get Manning and keep Tebow with the idea of using Manning as long as he was physically able and letting him train Tebow for the future. Unfortunately John Elway didn't call and ask for my opinion as a fan.....oh well, his loss. Hopefully, Manning will stay healthy.

DS, my bracket is so busted (thanks to Mizzou), so from here on out, I'm cheering on the Ohio Bobcats! (and Ohio State and Xavier - how can I not cheer on the Ohio teams when they made up one quarter of the Sweet 16?)
In related news - How friggin cool is it that out of the Sweet 16 schools, 7 of them are all within relatively short driving distance of each other? Louisville, Indiana, UK, Xavier and UC (cross-city rivals!), Ohio State, and Ohio. I think that says something great about this region!
In non-related news, my friend who has a pair of Cody Hodgson's (NHL) underpants (signed in her lipstick) is thinking about selling them on Ebay and donating the money to the March of Dimes.

I decided not to do a bracket this year...might have been a good idea.

All of my NCAA teams either never made it in this year, or were out by round 2. Actually, I ended up in the very uncomfortable position of having 2 of my favorite teams (Gonzaga and West Virginia) play each other in the first round. So I don't care much anymore....I'll still watch the finals though. I'm a sucker for that "One Shining Moment" thing.
My son's now in Louisville, so I think I'm going to root for them now.
Not normally an Ohio State fan, but I think it's fortunate they beat UC. I'm just not sure the possibility of Xavier and UC playing again this season would be a good thing...given their last game.

And now only 1 team from Ohio survives. Ohio played such a great game, I was so hoping they'd knock off UNC.

My husband went to the emergency room Thursday evening and was admitted for bronchitis/diabetes complications. I stayed with him & did not plan to watch the Kentucky-Indiana game (late Friday pm) at the hospital. But with everything going on, at least we remembered to watch the game. Go Big Blue!
He's out now & we just finished watching the Louisville-Florida game. Louisville pulled it off (yay!!) so I am really hoping for a Kentucky-Louisville matchup.

Any mitten-staters looking forward to Ferris State v.s. Union in the Frozen Four April 5th?

Yeah, the Kentucky-Louisville rivalry is already getting ugly:

If the link does not work, just google "Kentucky basketball." It's only Wednesday- we still have over 3 days until the game.
