So since the site is down...will there be a skeephi.com picnic this year? If so, where do we get the info on it?

As i was doing research on skeephi.com,(cause ya know i like to get to the bottom of things) I ran into this post on the bet message board. I figured out a way to email, ADOP (the writer of As the sands burn)hopefully he will respond.

And this was posted yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I won't charge you for my services now, you can thank me later.

That is what I was thinkng! The picnic is usually a lot of fun, even last year when it rained I had fun with Sorors and Frat. I don't know that I will go this year, but I hope they have it.

What is skeephi.com? I mean I have a clue by the name but what exactly is it. I don't watch alot of tv and I don't own a computer(this is my roommates) so please enlighten me.

I was only able to read a few episodes of ATSB. Before the site re-launches, I was hoping to read the first episodes (all the way through to the Season Finale) so that I would not be in the dark about things. I went to the BET website, but they only have episodes dating back to November of last year.
Is there anywhere I can get access to the early episodes?

Hmmm... I don't know of any. And I understand your dilema. I just started reading it last spring and, at that time, you could read all the old episodes on BET and skeephi. Unless you get the ADoP(who writes it) to send them to you I don't think there is any place to access them. I'll try and double check that for you though.

I finally kicked the tv soap habit only to develop a web based habit

Thanks Kimmie1913! Asking the ADoP for the back episodes is a great idea. Would you (or anyone else) happen to have his/her email address?

Anyway. skeephi, is a website, that hosts information, for aphia and aka members. on there, there is a soap opera about greek life called as the sands burn, which involves members of all greek orgs, but mainly focuses on aka, and aphia. It's not up and running now, but it will relaunch on 06-08-02. And you can be up dated on the soap, and the events, the nalia, that skeephi host.

Soror, I'm glad it's back, too. I read the first ep, and I admit I really wanted to see Mona get her tail kicked, but there's more to come.
