Mine didn't work at first either. I had to copy, save and upload the photos to photobucket. You have to be sufficiently bored or determined to go through all that.

I was that bored. More precisely, I was bored enough to pick out the images I wanted, copy the URLs to a notepad file, go back through the process when three of my images were rejected from the mosaic as I had to rebuild the whole frelling thing... then d/l the mosaic as a whole and u/l it to photobucket.

BTW, I'm a cat person, if you hadn't noticed.

Sometimes the photos can't be hotlinked because of the site's security, although usually if you can pull them up into Google Image Search they're ok. Be sure you're getting the address of the picture and not the full GIS address (click through to "full size picture")
