I think your legacy failed you. Did you remind them you were a legacy? They didn't invite you back but gave you a last minute invite because they had the room so you should have forgotten them totally. I dunno in the south we do things based on tradition and so legacy are given top spots no matter what.

You have no idea how a southern (or any other region) sorority conducts membership selection.

LOL.

In the other thread you said you weren't even FROM the South.

Oh no, he's from Louisiana, and he's gone. I outed him, and he went along his merry way.

He better watch it or that little fraternity that he joined just to bide the time til he could join the "good" one at Ole Miss may just kick his little old butt out! How many Range Rover driving Sigma Tau Gamma's do you think there are running around SLU with an obsession about attending Ole Miss? I know we have at least one GCer from SLU in Theta Phi....

Hello ladies, so sorry I kept y'all hanging for so long! I got pretty caught up in lots of end-of-the-year happenings and events, plus schoolwork and exams, and then have been busy this summer with work and travel. I just came back to GreekChat!

So the twist is...I was chosen to become a member of an wonderful sorority that was colonizing on my campus, shortly after formal recruitment ended! It has been an amazing, meaningful experience that is not over yet, and I am so happy to have found a home with my amazing sisters.
