I would like to mention that NALFO also uses the term MIP. Alot of the terminology that NPHc uses is also used by NALFO.

Not all NALFO organizations use that term/conduct MIP.

I just knew MIP as Minor In Possession of alcohol, and when I was it in what clearly wasn't that context, I was stump.

Does everyone use MIP for Minor in Possession or is that just a local thing to my area? I thought it was widespread.

I've heard it before. On GC, though, it's usually referring to the intake process.

The only other time I ever heard that term was from my pen pal in Seattle. We just referred to it as "getting busted."
