I agree that would be a great site for young women who are already sold on joining a sorority, but a site like this is great for girls who aren't!
In certain job fields and parts of the country, sororities have a very negative stereotype (You must have gotten drunk and partied tons in a college).
I think a site like this is great to make them seem friendly to those who aren't familiar with them! For example, if my parents had seen a site like this, they may have been more at ease when I told them I was joining a sorority.
I did have a few issues with the site though.... Under famous alums for philanthropy, they name Cindy McCain, but not Melinda Gates.....Melinda has done a lot more IMO. Did anyone else see any other alums missing?
I had a bit of a problem with the recruitment section... In the picture it has a caption that says "Go through the entire recruitment process knowing that you will meet countless remarkable women who may be your friends
no matter what sorority you join."
IMO it makes it sound like you are guaranteed a bid if you go through recruitment....
