Thumbs down Whoa...is that it???

I understand that a college cannot sustain itself with out a healthy endowment (on, your tuition doesn't cover the half of it), but I can't believe A &T sold out so cheap. Some barbeque and a $1200 book scholarship? Com'on.....please tell me I'm reading wrong. I was expecting to see at the very least, a couple million dollars!

..in addiiton...

The terms seem worthwhile except that the company is only giving $1200 for a book fund. With $1200 you can maybe buy enough books for ONE class. I am sure that MJ's company can give up a little more than that!

They could have ATLEAST made it look as if they were trying to do something productive for the unviersity instead of it being all about money. I mean it's NOT like Michael Jordan NEEDS money. People will buy his stuff regardless. So what's reason? I mean, some of the CONDITIONS of the university receiving the money does not make sense to me. I think North Carolina A & T might have made a serious DUMMY move.
