It's the Former Humboldt State University in Arcata CA. There's 1 NPC chapter there (DPhiE) and they were open for expansion 5y+ ago

Also, do you mean Idaho (ID) instead of (OH) for Boise State?

Thanks for the information and the catch. Yes, it is supposed to be Boise State (ID) instead of (OH). I had just returned from driving from Utah to southeast Missouri. 21 hour drive (split over two days).

Chapters have lived in there while their own houses either get renovated or built. Sigma Kappa was only supposed to be there until this fall, but their new house got delayed.

The Alpha Epsilon Phi colony at Elon University welcomed 28 new members and the colony (Beta Rho) was initiated at the end of March.

The Lambda chapter of Sigma Chi at Indiana University was ordered to close for 3y due to hazing allegations.

Sadly, this was the longest established chapter in Sigma Chi. Lambda was the 6th Sigma Chi chapter when it was originally chartered in1858. 167 continuous years thrown out by idiots who wouldn't stop hazing.

The new honor of longest established chapter is our Xi chapter at Depauw University(IN), founded in 1859.

The flashiness and immense size of the other houses at Alabama make even a very nice regular Greek house look like a shack. It's like putting the Disneyland castle next to a spacious family home. They don't even look like they're the same kind of structure.

Gamma Phi Beta has closed their chapter at Missouri State University. Closure is due to low membership numbers.

Sigma Chi has closed the chapter at the University of Texas due to RMF issues.

Zeta Psi at Nebraska Wesleyan has been suspended for 1 year for violating the university’s student code of conduct.
