My daughter and several of her friends pledged Kappa, their first choice.

To all out-of-state PNMs - take heart! My daughter and her friends are from Georgia. They all had full party schedules and great pref rounds. They also got bids to their number 1 choice. They did their homework over the summer with Recs and I think it really helped.

I just returned from Tuscaloosa and am completely exhausted! Bid day was incredible and the Kappas have the cutest pledge class! They left today to go on a pledge retreat and will return tomorrow for a delayed Bid Day party! Makes me want to go back to school! They are in for some fun times!

Does anyone have a complete list yet? It's so nice the way they sort it for us :-) I was looking at Auburn's yesterday and it's certainly not user friendly listing it by girls rather than grouping it by the various sororities!! I founf that totally annoying :-(

I'm glad you said that ... it made it hard for me to find the girls who are friends with my daughters so that I could have a small pledge gift sent to them. Alabama definitely does it better.

By the way, my daughter is a Tri-Delta at Alabama ... and if I could only get her to answer her phone today ... sigh! I think she's tired from rush?

Hi Loyally Kappa!

I bet your daughter is exhausted...in a good way :-) I remember those days well even though they were so long ago. I was a Chi O but my mom was a Tri Delt at Alabama just like your daughter!!

My family was all over the board greek wise...with 8 grandaughter's on my mother's side 3 of us were Chi O's and 5 were Kappa's. Then, on my father's side, all five cousin's were KD's...crazy, huh?

I hope your daughter calls to fill you in when she has recooperated. By the way, how cute is it to go on a pledge retreat right away? Almost like a "kidnapping" & wonderful way to start the bonding process! They didn't do things like that back in "my day!"

By Group -

Try highlighting the document then going to Excel, pasting and then sorting on Column A.

We just got back to Atlanta from Tuscaloosa. Our daughter pledged Gamma Phi Beta and she is very excited. Not sure how many girls pledged with her but they looked very cute in pink and brown.
