HC there is no place like the "barbershop?"
HC I just had a hour-long debate covering race, politics, media subjectivity and its impact on the community?
HC the debate was 4x as long as it took for my hair cut?
HC there is nothing like having to reason/defend your arguments to make you step up your game?
HC dude did go to the "generational card" on me?
HC I stayed respectful, cause he is somebody's grandfather?
HC but I still got it told?
HC it ended with a handshake and mutual respect for each other?
HC I think Belford V. Lawson would have thought I represented?
HC I think the barber is going to sell tickets to "Lincoln-Douglass II" in 2 weeks?

HC I spent 6 hours interviewing for an alternative teacher certification process on Saturday?
HC Glad its over, but the waiting game isn't very fun either?
HC I hope I get good news?
HC If I don't I've applied to another similar program.
HC If that doesn't pan out, I'm going back to school.
HC Will probably go back to school anyways?
HC So glad to finally know what I want to do with my life (nearly 2 years out of school.)
