Hey!
I have no idea how this works, but I would *love* a pen pal!
All my mail still gets sent to my parents even though I moved out, so it would be nice to get something sent here

I'm a Sigma Kappa alum from NC, but I grew up in MA...

i have to apologize to my penpals for not writing back, every time i sit down to write i get distracted, and go off to do something else. I did write letters and will send them out on monday...i promise!!!!

Baby P has a ton of work to do with this pen pal thread, what do people think of the idea of just pming people who they want to penpal with? Is it stuuuuupid ?

my opinion is that this is kind of BabyP's "baby". If she doesn't want to do it, I'm sure she would tell us. If she is anything like me, I get irritated when people try to take over what I started if I step away from it. My advice would to hear what BabyP thinks and just be patient with the process!! It'll happen eventually!

Oh and by the way...I've been a bad pen pal. I've been needing to go out and get fun stationary since I thought Kelly's was incredible!!! So I have the day off tomorrow (unless i just happen to get called to sub, so I'll get them written then!)...

Thanks hannah, It makes it difficult to match because some of the girls pmed each other and i dont know who they are writing with. also it is taking me longer since my mail gets full fast and many people forget to include their address. I have to wait for them to respond with addresses so i can go ahead and match everyone with ALL the addresses. Its funny that is the most important part of the pen pal. LOL. For those who wants more pen pal, just PM me, I still have your previous information so i can look it up and match you. I have so many pages and pages saved with information lol. I feel like I am the American NPC with all those different sororities from all over. its interesting and i never match with those of the same GLO. This is for variety

I wish there was guys to sign up for this. But if men to writing is like telephone conversation, maybe that is for the best that there is no male pen pal as of date.

I agree, I took on this task in the Deepher boards and the response has been tremendous. I also had the email thing BabyP mentioned. I haven't forgotten you girls though, I am gonna sit down one day this week to match the rest of you

But I still don't mind if anyone wants to PM me with their info, that is fine too. (I guess as Hannah pointed out don't expect a response from BabyP rightaway either.)

I got a postcard from a new pen pal just because she liked Winnie the Pooh too!

We paired ourselves up.

So, if you think someone is your kind of pen pal, then match yourselves up with people who are really interested.

Just a thought.

I was so excited today to check my mail and see that I had received a letter from a pen pal. That sure brightened my day

I should hopefully write back within the next couple of days...

I got your letter about 2 weeks ago, but I've had SO much stuff to do to get ready for school that I JUST got around to finishing up a reply... it's going out Monday!
