I try to hold this especially to hy heart, because when I get upset you can really tell that I am. I try to get my point across even if my voice gets a teeny bit louder  , but that only hames the situation worse and people don't want to listen if your voice gets a teeny weeny bit louder .

My grandma said some stuff in her day... I took many a "love tap" from that lady but i love her to pieces for it.
I think my all time favorite was when she made a mistake talking about something and she caught her self:...
