I am always surprised when I find universities (that aren't HBCUs) with Greek Life offices and a widely accepted and visible Greek presence that don't have houses. The size of the university isn't the deciding factor. I have experience with universities as small as 3,500 and as large as 30,000 that have houses on campus.
