what exactly is an acreditited delegate? i mean, our chapter sent a delegate to conclave, but what made quinitin "accredited"?

I guess it means a Brother. Wouldn't want a pledge or a non brother to represnt the fraternity. Its the way its worded in the TKE rules(black book).

Hmmm....I saw some pictures from conclave last year. It seems some of the evening activities were a tad scandalous.
