I hope I'm not stepping on anyone's toes by posting these, but I have these figures for ADPi:
56 - Texas Tech
50 - Texas Christian
56 - University of Florida
42 - Georgia Tech
79 - U of Arizona
59 - FSU
70 - Oklahoma State
86 - u of South Carolina
60 - UCF
43 - UK of Tennessee, Knoxville
77 - Mizzou
63 - U of Kentucky
49 - KSU
29 - Iowa State
I have no idea of any quotas involved, so I can only hope that these are great figures!

A little Iowa update. Preference is tonight. 250 girls dropped out after round 2. That's still a lot, but 33% is a lot better than 50%! Here's hoping they don't make up that 17% difference between now and the end! That should still put quota over 30 which is a vast improvement over 23 last year, but still means that it will pretty much take 2 full pledge classes to fill the beds in most of the houses. And still wouldn't get many houses to total.
and miles to go before we sleep...

Today was bid day at FGCU. Quota was 58 and we took 77.
Insane, I know.

Northern Kentucky University
I was in a Greek store near the University of Cincinnati this weekend, picking up a Tshirt for my son and the owner was talking about Northern Kentucky University rush, scheduled in the next month or so. Evidently they are experiencing the same bump in people registering for recruitment that we have seen at other schools this year.
She said that the women had been planning for about 25 bid day treat bags and are now re-ordering items to prepare for about 35 new members. She said the men are expecting a similar jump, and that the administration is talking of adding one NPC sorority and one fraternity. She said the majority of her business now comes from NKU students, not UC students, even though her store is walking distance from UC.
Currently NPC sororities at NKU include Kappa Delta, Delta Gamma, Phi Sigma Sigma, Theta Phi Alpha and Delta Zeta. There are also four NPHC chapters on campus, Alpha Kappa Alpha, Delta Sigma Theta, Sigma Gamma Rho and Zeta Phi Beta---so it sounds like sorority life is really doing well there.
I know the administration is very supportive of Greek life because it is helping change the climate from strictly a commuter school to a more residential flavor.
It will be interesting to see if there is expansion news for Northern Kentucky in the next few years.

UW
^^^^ What's FGCU? Those are great numbers!
Today was BID DAY at the University of Wisconsin - Madison
Quota was 42, and all houses achieved quota, except, I believe, for SDT (on this campus, they usually choose to be a little smaller).
Gamma Phi Beta has 42 new members (and 3 legacies in there, too)!
I'm sorry I didn't specifically ask how many members each of the other chapters got, but, again, at least 42. Total at UW is 126.

Its great but not great. One of the chapters did not make quota, even though it was much lower than it could have been for the amount of girls going through pref.
Update ZTA took 76.

dont quote me, but i think it was to help the third chapter make quota. I think around 200 attended preference parties. I'm not a quota expert, but wouldn't that make quota higher?
I feel bad because they are a really great chapter with great girls. We shared the ballroom this year and one night their music kept coming on to ours, so their recruitment chair made us a card and gave us a cookie cake because she felt so bad.

The new RFM sets quota wherever the most number of women match to their highest choice. It's no longer based on dividing the total number at pref by the number of groups recruiting.

Doesn't the number of women at pref give the quota range though? Then the software (usually) moves the number up or down in that range to match the most women?

OK, I've read this three times and still don't understand it. Are you saying that if there are 100 rushees and 90 of put ABC first and ABC wants all of them, 90 is quota??

Over this weekend 1,291 women started the recruitment process at the University of Illinois!
I can't wait for next weekend and bid day!
