Oh yeah, doesn't the word "RITUAL" imply "secret member's only stuff"? If it does, then why in the Hell would you ask the question if you are not a secret member? Then again, I am not a Maryland educator, HIV/AIDS population worker, or a "young people" speaker, so I could be wrong.
