I'm in grad school full time. I can't handle going part-time and working full-time, peronally, but one of my friends earned her MPA that way.
It's about time management skills and priorities, and stamina. If you get bored easily, you may want to just take a year and get your MPA in a special program. I don't know what GSU has to offer, but, unless you're getting a full ride, MPAs are hard to do full time. Good luck.
