It's a fake, silly! The twins' heads were cut and pasted onto models' bodies. I saw the picture when Mr. KR's Maxim came a few weeks ago and I believe the caption on the page says something like "Things you'll never see in Maxim."
And I wish I were as fat as "Jenna"!
