Take it back to the store. Look in the phone book and see if one of the nice salons in town has a training school nearby. It is the best way to get your hair done inexpensively. In LA we have a Vidal Sassoon Academy. A lot of college students go there to get their hair done. It's not like your grandma's hair school perm type place.
