Right, but I didn't say "shamrock", I said "four-leaf clover". Four-leaf clovers are associated with the "luck o' the Irish" and all of that. The two often seem to be interchaged at will, though the shamrock has a specific religious significance to the St. Patrick's Day holiday (meant to exemplify the Trinity - Father, Son and Holy Sprit).
