My neighborhood fried chicken joint, the Cornerstone Grill, has the best fried chicken that I've ever had.
They take free range chicken, remove the skin (which I hate,) batter dip and pressure cook it. This is really good stuff, for the price of KFC or Popeyes!
And you can even get a huge side of broccoli for $2.50 if you want to pretend that you're eating healthy.
