Anti Vday Celebrations!

Another Single's Awareness Day. Sigh. This one is particulary hard, considring that a month ago I was dating a wonderful guy who was talking about marriage, and then broke up with me out of the blue. Oh well, life goes on.

We never celebrate Valentine's Day in Yugoslavia. Although it's starting to become more popular, known as "The Day of Those That Are in Love." Egh. Besides, it's my dad's 56th birthday. Although he is in New Zealand with my half-bro, watching dolphins and whales. I doubt he cares much about either V-Day or his B-day.

A local radio station is having a "Shred your Ex" day.

They rented a wood chipper and are allowing people to bring things from their exes... and send it through.

I always thought it was a clever idea to let things go.

We are having a girls night with homecooked dinner and then watching the Notebook and De-Lovely. Then the new member meeting is still tonight, we didn't move it.
