I've been figuring out what I can say that would be meaningful to you, yet without letting any cats out of their bags.
All I can think to say is this: don't try to second gess the application. Give a straightforward answer to all questions, not the answer you think the organization wants to hear. I've found that more often than not, while substance (or the lack thereof) is important, it's more the spirit, and the tone of that spirit, that is equally important.
