I wouldn't care that they were pissed off at me, my point is that if it's someone you really don't know (and in large chapters, you often DON'T know some of your sisters that well) it's not going to make a damn dent. You need to say to their big or whoever is their best friend in the chapter "hey, Josie has nosebleeds 6 times a day and seems to be way more excited about her new shampoo than a human should be, I think she might have a drug problem, could you speak to her about it?"
