Let's not delve into why the moderator moved the thread, edited, or deleted things like many times in the past.
As for risk management, I think it deals with risk. In today's environment, many risks transfer over to a fraternity or sorority even if something happens outside of the house. You drink at a bar, hold an off campus party, etc. and it can be a risk for your fraternity/sorority. In this case, it was the President of the sorority who lived off campus. Many fraternities/sororities don't even have homes, etc. Well safety shouldn't be a staple of living in a house I would think.
