Thumbs down Oh hell no!

What she said! Where do some people get off being high and mighty and holier than thou? (I just gotta ask!)

I don't get the "my way or the highway" crap. Or the "my way is the only way to worship". No wonder more and more people are turned off by religion. We are a diverse nation and dammit I hope we can keep it that way without religion being shoved down our throat. How I worship (or not worship) is no one's business and dammit I am not going to let a bunch of zealots chase me out of MY country!

Also, why would you intentionally offend a selected few here? I'm trying to clarify because this post was so long and so full of holes that I am confused.

I think that religion is a private issue and shouldn't be forced down people's throats. I respect the diversity of our nation enough to understand that 'majority rules' isn't always what is best. I really believe that freedom of and from religion is the foundation of our nation and shouldn't be undermined.
