I think making the public comitment of getting weighed in public really forced me to deal with my weight adn motivated me to stay on track. The other thing that has helped me is I found a pic of Tyra Banks in the Vicky's catalogue in her undies looking fab. i put it at eye level on my fridge, that way when I'm just going looking for empty calories I think twice.
