Do you eat the altoid first and then go down on her? Or so you actually have the altoids in your mouth while you are doing it?
It might be hard to focus while trying to keep the altoid from falling out of your mouth .. . what if it fell inside of her?

As for Altoids, I will be the blunt one (does this surprise ANYONE!) you stick them in your mouth while performing oral because the eucalyptus (or however you spell it!) that they have (because they are curiously strong) has a very nice menthol type feeling that stimulates the clitoris or penis. It is very arousing and highly recommended by two out of three GCers who know what it is! By the way, it is better than ice because it feels really... hmm..... yeah, we won't go there but you can imagine. No numbing effect, just hightened sensations!
