I remember when this idiot did this last time - I was living in the Pacific Northwest so it was all over the news.
I can understand staying out overnight - hell, I've gone early in the morning to get tickets to events/movies, that's normal. But this is just bloody ridiculous! He probably could have continued to play off the publicity from last time and scored a free ticket.
He needs to get out of his sleeping bags and get a life!
