so it's not okay for a kid to wear your letters, even though he doesn't really understand the significance of them, why he shouldn't, etc. but it's okay for you to "beat the snot" out of him? Way to represent your fraternity. How about educating the kid instead of using violence?
For the record I don't think it's okay for someone to wear someone else's letters, but some kids don't know any better or don't know why it's wrong. That doesn't mean you should cause physical harm to them! If you really did "beat the snot" out of him, he should've called the police and you would've had some nice charges against you.
