Having been Ritual Chair for my chapter, I would be very wary of what you share and where you get your information. You are in charge of your ritual, which is very particular to your organization, and not something to be posting about on a message board. If you need help or are searching for ideas about what to do with your position, I suggest getting in touch with other women in your organization who have been Ritual Chairs in their chapters.
