Turtlegirl- I have stick strait hair & get bored very fast. A few years ago I permed my hair rather than cut it or color it for the millionth time. I loved it curly. Maybe the difference was that it wasn't natural so I didn't have the frizz, but all I did was wash/wet it, gel it & scrunch. I tried blow drying w/ a diffuser once or twice but then it got frizzy. I used Fizz-Ease serum before towel drying & Back to Basics vanilla bean gel. I'm pretty risky with my hair & willing to try things so I say perm it!
